High Loan-to-Value: Requiring only 10% down payment with good credit, we offer programs that can conserve your money and help you keep your cash for future real estate projects.
Piggy-back Loans: By coupling a first mortgage and second mortgage together, such as 80/10/10's, we are able to offer loan-to-values above 80% with no mortgage insurance.
Fixed Rate & Adjustable: We offer a wide variety of fixed rate and adjustable Investor mortgages with fixed periods ranging from one month to ten years.
Interest Only Loans: For investors who want improved cash flow, we offer a variety of Interest Only programs. These offer the lowest monthly payments.
No Seasoning Requirement: We have programs that allow you to take advantage of your properties full-appraised value, even if you have owned it for only a short time.
