Our branch is located in the prestigious Dunwoody area of North Fulton County. We occupy a traditonal brick, 2-story office building next door to Sam Feldman, P.C., a real estate law firm. We have a full time, on-site sales support assistant and receptionist. Loan Officers enjoy a well appointed lobby, conference room, kitchen, copy/fax machine and private restrooms.
Turn Key Operation - Loan Officers may also work from home, or on the road, as our origination system is completely paperless. The Atlanta branch has systems in place for everything from bulk mail marketing, sending out loan application kits, ordering appraisals/title, to scheduling closings.
Loan officers have the flexibility to originate with hand written applications, over the phone, or download them from their website.
We use an amazing mix of technology, marketing, and support at the branch level to assist you in closing more loans and delivering the highest possible level of customer service.
Processing - We use two processors. One that specializes in Conventional loans and one that specializes in Government loans. Both procesors have 20 plus years experience and are among the best in the industry.
Recruiting Bonus - Loan officers that help build the branch are rewarded with ongoing recruiting bonuses that can snowball over time.
Shared Marketing Expenses - Based on your monthly production, your monthly marketing expenses may be shared 50/50 with the branch.
