Introduction to VanDyk Mortgage Corporation
VanDyk Mortgage Corporation is a loan officer's company. The President and CEO Thomas L. Van Dyk, founded the company in July 1987. His vision was to create a company that addresses all the major shortcomings of most mortgage companies, and make them our strengths. This strategy was developed from the belief that most issues that mortgage companies struggle with can be solved by 3 simple tactics:

VanDyk Mortgage has over 60 corporate staff employess whose sole job is to help the Loan Officers close loans. Whether you need help with licensing, underwriting, closing, funding, or any other issue, there are a team of people ready to help solve your issues and close your deals. We offer Direct Endorsement FHA underwriting and we are VA LAPP approved. Response times can be measured in minutes, not hours. If you work for a broker, the difference will be life-changing.
2) Financial Stability - This is a term not usually associated with mortgage companies. With the same ownership for 23 years, VanDyk is a correspondent lender with multiple warehouse lines as well as over 40 wholesale relationships. By handling compliance issues at both the branch and corporate level, VanDyk keeps risk in-check and our future secure.
3) Independence - VanDyk Mortgage is a company built on the philosophy of hiring the best, most experienced Originators in the industry and giving them the support and tools they need to be successful running their own mortgage business the way they see fit.
VanDyk Mortgage doesn't try to shoehorn Loan Officers into a one size fits all structure. VanDyk knows that each of our over 400 Loan Officers in 26 states source and close their loans differently. Some specialize in Realtor/Builder business, others in direct mail marketing or affinity groups. We are looking for seasoned Loan Officers with loan generating systems already in place, that want to take their production to the next level.
